The kicker DC12 box whats it tuned at?

Just as the title says. Its the dual 12" box with the huge sonotube port. It gets loud and does mids also very nice to but not so well on lows. Anyone know what these boxes are tuned to? Could be a matter of me having to add more power and better subs.
