There are 3 major roads that intersect here too. I live about 2 miles from there, and there is always a shit ton of cars even at night. I'm going out today to get me a conseal and carry licinse and buy my GF something to defend herself.

Cincinnati is turning into a real shit hole...
A man has now been arrested for an alleged daring **** of a UC student, in public, early Thursday morning, next to a busy Interstate 71 exit ramp in Avondale.
The victim may have had a history of sleep walking.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. Thursday morning on the heavily travelled I-71 South exit to William Howard Taft Road.
The pre-dawn **** reportedly happened on a very narrow 10 to 15 foot grassy area next to the busy Taft Road exit.
This happens be is a popular route to the University of Cincinnati and the local hospitals for thousands of workers every day.
Late in afternoon, almost 12 hours after the alleged ****, Cincinnati police announced they had arrested a well-known homeless man and charged him with ****.
He is 52-year old Dexter Ford.
Officers on the scene told 9News that one motorist stopped his car, got out and actually pulled Ford off the college student before police arrived at the exit ramp.
Several other motorists saw something was going on in the grassy area off the Taft Road exit ramp, but in the darkness couldn't see exactly what was happening.
One of the 911 calls sounded like this:
That caller wasn't the only one to have been concerned enough about what they saw off the exit ramp to call to 911 for police.
- Caller:
"There is 2 people laying in the grass. I don't know whether they're fighting or what they're doing."Operator:
"Is it a man on top of a woman?"
Caller: "Yeah, that's what it looks like."
A woman caller told a 911 Operator:
Dexter Ford lists the Drop Inn Shelter in Over-the-Rhine as his home address.
- "I don't know. It may not be nothing. But I see a man on top of a woman just off the Taft Road exit from 71. I couldn't tell what was going on."
He's well known around downtown and elsewhere for asking passersby for money.
His court records show numerous charges over the years, including ones for theft, breaking and entering, drugs and even for aggravated arson, which got him sent to prison in the 1990s.
The college student was taken to University Hospital, and at air time Thursday night, there's no additional word on her condition.
Meanwhile, Ford is at the Hamilton County Justice Center awaiting a 9 a.m. arraignment Friday morning, on one count of ****.
There is alarming news about the homeless man who is said to have ***** a University of Cincinnati student early Thursday morning.
Dexter Ford was in court on Friday morning and according to his arrest report, we have learned the homeless man is HIV positive.
He made his first court appearance on his **** charge.
Police say the 52-year-old homeless man ***** a UC student who has a history of sleep walking.
This all happened in a grassy area off the busy Taft Road exit of I-71.
People driving by say they saw a man on top of a woman and called 911.
One man even jumped out of his car and dragged Ford off the woman.
The judge handed down a $500,000 bond.
The man's sister also spoke briefly in court saying her brother was schizophrenic and needed help.
