has anyone read this book recently that has a fresh knowledge that is willing to help me for a few extra $

this is what i need to do.

write a 3-5 page typed essay analyzing a character from The Great Gatsby, based on the colors associated with that character

your paper should:

1.explain how the color imagery helps a reader gain a deeper understanding of the chosen character.

2.provide an in-depth analysis of how the various connotations for the color apply to the character , using the characters thoughts, word, and actions as evidence.

3.include direct quotations from the novel along with your analysis of these quotations. Include parenthetical citation for each quotation. Your paper should include a minimum of 5 direct quotations.

4.incorporate knowledge of the cultural connotations of colors in your analysis.

5.follow the conventions of standard, written english, with correct use of spelling,grammar,and punctuation.

Ive read it 3-4 times, good book. Quite funny you really should read it. She cheats on him gets drunk etc.

i have to connect a character with the colors mentioned in the book. i hate this ****ing book for my life. its the only thing i hate in this class im at 89% and i need an A this quarter. lol i have honestly done all the other work myself. its just this boook i have not payed attention because i believe it is a horrible book.way to much detail.

u can connect whatever the color of the blinky light was to either gatsby or the girl..about how his dream to be with her was represented by the light. over time he imagined a perfect life with her however when he gets the chance to be with her theres no way she can match up to the image he had created over time
