i suppose i would be the "bastard" behind the controls during testing... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
it should also be noted that the koda died with 200 watts, only 50 watts more than its RMS rating, while the pyle held somewhere in the neighborhood of 1500 watts, roughly 15 times its RMS rating... weird, huh?
the koda was a suprise death to us all. we had checked it just moments before and it showed no signs of stress, then she popped with VERY little warning. we too were sad to see it go, but it obviously couldnt handle anything over what it is rated at.
albeit also, that the testing conditions were rather harsh on the woofers. but the koda by far suffered the hardest death out of all of them. tons of smoke, lots of stink, and a total shock when it happened. i believe also, that it was killed with the least amount of power than any other woofer, not totally positive about that though, cant remember.
