It's an okay idea... but I just don't see the validity. It'll be cool to know I guess...

But then you'll be getting kids referring to this test as the law... or recommending one subwoofer over another just because of this one test. In reality it's far from that. Every vehicle is different. Every application is different.

As long as it is clearly stated that this test is not the law, then I guess I see no problem. I just feel that n00bx will misconstrue the results...

Good luck. This is a big ordeal to take on, lots of time involved.

Ive stated it many times before and will continue to when results are posted. If noobs cant grasp the simple concept that these are by no means black and white results, that is there fault. Honestly I think the results will be very close between most of the subs. Some test though like the power handling will be useful to people. Obviously if one of the subs has mechanical failure on low power it should be a sign of what subs cant meet their own specs.

Its a lot of work for me, and I am positive all ready that this is a one time ordeal for me as it requires a lot of my time even just from the setup.
