does any body know what the twist was at the end of the movie when it showed the holy grail and mary underneath that building? It's bugging the shit out of me.

I was thinking it was him just thinking of another possibility of her location. Why didn't he realize it earlier?

hm.....been a while since I have seen it, but I think he is too wrapped up in the rest of the plot to stop and think "hm...where might she be?"

isn't there some sort of hint at the very end? kind of pointing him to that realization?

yeah, but it never showed him proving it was there, it seemed more like he was just thinking it could be under the building. I don't know, i can't tell if he was right about the girl being the last descendant of jesus or not, was she? Or was he wrong?
