there isn't really a "best"... whatever you prefer.

I like to stay between 28-32hz range.

it also depends what kind of sound you're looking for. although photocrazy8 says he wouldn't go over 32hz, he has his tuned to 35hz. Im guessing it's for SPL.

Since a low tuned box is louder to the ear why doesent everybody tune to like 28hz for daily driver?

I was told that 28-32 was to low for an l7, i'm going to tune mine to 35

L7's sound pretty good tuned low in my experiences, however they don't lose much SQ and really start to shine around 35Hz.
