The Lvl 4 would be okay, but just like the Icon, he'd have to use some common sense.
Finding 4 nice 15"s that can handle 2kw for $300 apiece won't be easy...

It will be impossible. Paying $75 for a 15" that will handle 2k? If you can find a deal like that I'll buy them.

Try to find some Cadence Daytona 15's...they can take 2000+ each...and are dual 2's so can be wired at 4 ohm each...should be near your budget...

you could always buy a collection of motors and then have them reconed to your liking. Ive found that to be the cheapest way to get what I want typically.
