The specs on their web site. Is that RMS wattage or max output on the amps. So say like the aq1200d. Is 1200watts at 1 ohm. Is the max output or RMS.

any real audio company only puts down power ratings that you can achieve in a vehicle.. not when you short out the terminals before you ship it out for repair.

So to answer your question... it's rms.

The 1200d has been tested to do around 1400@1ohm at 14volts.
