The $592 million US embassy in Baghdad

sounds pretty pimp, its own pool's, tennis court's, and 6 apartment buildings
yeah that sounds really cool. anyone else wonder where this money comes from? we're what, 10 trillion dollars in debt to the rest of the world, yet we're the "most prosperous" country on the planet? so rather than putting half a billion dollars of our tax dollars towards the debt, we build a ****ed city in the middle of baghdad.

i guess you could look on the bright side, thats only a couple of days worth of spending in this ridiculous bullshit war anyway.

what happens to a private citizen when they're say, 100,000 in debt, yet make no payments and continue buying useless, expensive things?

When did this get approved? By who? I personally think this much money should have to have been approved by the tax payers, and I for one would have NEVER voted to approve this... Time to fire some one, seriously:verymad:

lol @ firing someone. the only way this thing (the state of affairs in this country) can be turned around is revolution, and the people are too comfortable with our pointless day to day lives to give a shit about global issues //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
