On a scale to one to ten. One being bad ten being good.
Where is 0.80% located?
Where is 0.80% located?
Nope.Ok, I was just wondering because my sub amp puts out .03%. I just thought .80% would be a noticable audible difference.
How much is intolerable does depend a lot on the amplifier's design, but once you get to 25%, that's going to sound like *** on pretty much anything //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gifThe lower the better, ud think... I think 1-5% would be pretty bad, 25-50% would be unlistenable... Pyle Style, bishes.
What if that 5% THD was all even order distortion in frequencies below 50hz? What if we compared that to 3% odd order distortion at 5khz? Is lower still better? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifThe lower the better, ud think... I think 1-5% would be pretty bad,

Always too late or too early.
