Yeah i found a police officer forum with some googling and they are all talking about them. Seems like most of the cops think they are bullshit and also don't want cop-haters to know that its a cop car, assuming someone might bash it in if they knew, etc. Makes sense I guess. Annoying scam though.

They have the license plate frames that start with KOA here in phx followed by a 3 digit #

Guess its a bit more discrete then a plate with a blue line through it.

around here, where no front plate is required, they run a solid black tag witha blue reflective stripe on the front tag mount, or a black sticker roughly 3"x3" with the same reflective blue stripe on their rear glass or bumper.

Ya I've never seen it. I've seen the Firefighter ones tho. Has a little picture of a firefighter in the forest or something next to the Letters/Numbers.

Ive seen hundreds of those firefighter ones. Some even have special vanity plates.

My dads car is a base impala, he could definetly get away with one of those blue line stickers. Just need to pull the hub caps off for the " steelie look"

Don't bother putting those on your vehicle, everybody has them and the cops I know don't give two shits if you have that sticker. The only way that sticker may help if the cop ask you if you are in law enforcement and you still need to prove that.

It wont help family members either unless by some amazing circumstance the cop knows your immediate family. As mentioned before its bullshit to most or all cops.
