The Mids kind of surprised me. A lot of people start these threads

and say they where shocked at how beefy the mid looks and feels.

This is the opposite, I'm shocked at how dainty the Morel mid feels.

But the attention to detail and artistic design Morel engineers have is intoxicating.

I hope these features translate to the sound. I almost can't see how these things

are rated to take 160w nominal. Once I get it all installed and broken in I'll post a review.

And thanks to c3 customs who sold me the damplifier pro.

Unfortunately, these need to LP at 3000. And the SEAS should

HP at 3000, but I really wanted to have the drivers flexible enough

to try it higher.

I almost can't see how these thingsare rated to take 160w nominal.

Because they have a 2.125" VC instead of the usual 1-1.5" found on 99% of 6.5" mids.

I guess the "hybrid" magnets cut down on the size usually associated

with a larger vc and high power handling.

I can't find a 4" I'd want to run. My HU only does 2-way, I'd have to do

some kind of passive crossover on one of the 2-way active legs. It just

wreaks of fail on my part somewhere.
