A DMM and a craftsman professional True RMS clamp meter. I am not going to lie I am not sure what the non inductive resistors do. But last time I checked amperage times voltage is wattage. Also I didn't play with it by the way to find max output I just did a 45hz test tone maybe this weekend I will play with it a little to see if I can get over 2kw at the low voltage. And I am using the same method that the beloved sundowns are tested atVehement.. why don't you go get yourself a few non-inductive resistors and do a real test...
