Test tone CD, make my own?

Just installed my first system today... Also designed/built the box...

Anyway, I want to set the gain on the amp properly with a test tone(s) from CD. Something tells me that this shouldn't be that hard to create a certain frequency sound with a computer, and record it to CD.

Anyone have a tutorial on how to make a test tone CD? Or have a test tone mp3 I could download?

i made my own with adobe audition and burned them onto a CD.
