Termlab vs Audiocontrol

I have. Not hardcore, but I have.
I'm more content with learning, helping, supporting successful competitors. After I hit my 152.1, I was excited as hell... was all about getting into it... had some sponsors lined up... then I just decided I wanted to do loud *** hell daily again... not to mention there's always this thing called money that I fall short on occasionally.

With bass race and such gaining more popularity, I'm considering that for the next season. I'll actually be hosting some shows next season now that I have my own TL... more than likely dBDrag style.

Cool cool. I've been thinking about doing Bass Race also so if you host shows up in Cincinnati, you'll get a lot of the folks from Louisville.

If I do Bass Race, it's 140.0-149.9 for me, gotta step up the game a bit.

Whew. Good luck man... tough class. Sealed up on the dash for bassrace FTL. Unless I get another 2500.1, I'll stick with 30-39.9 and some volue control //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif...

looks like its a stand/stick thing wedged between the seat and the middle dash/compartment thing.
Not really a good explanation, but thanks. I want to know exactly how it's done because when i burp it, i want to say i burped it at the headrest. I don't want to say i burped at the headrest, "but" instead of doing it the right way, it was held up against my ear.

Yea, there are alot of MOFOs in the 30-39.9 class.

And it's also funny when you tell people you bassraced a 139.8 or 139.9 and they look at you all weird. They make it seem like the 139 is the overall. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

prochobo: Do you have better pictures of how the sensor is placed? I can't really tell. Thank you.

The sensor is on top of that red stand you see in the pics. The stand is placed on the drivers seat, with the sensor "hole" facing forward towards the windshield.

The only real measurement you need to know is that the sensor "hole" needs to be 26" from the seat bottom.

Where do you buy termlabs, and approx how much do they go for? I see one on ebay thats currently at $305 with 2 days left.

I'm thinking about maybe getting one and hosting my own "independent" competitions here. Have like a 5-10 dollar admission, and a cool prices for each class. I don't know if I could get enough people to participate to make my money back on the TL though.

Proncho, untill you can do 150 +-3dB from 30-55Hz or find a cheater song and tune for it you wont do jack in 149.9...at least if you where down here in Fl. 149.9 is ruled by walls of MT's and hatches with CRX boxes and 5kw+. I wanted to do 149.9 untill I started watching what kind of competition was going on.
