TermLab Problems

Ok so I just bought a termlab because i was under the impression that it would work on my version of windows(vista) but apparently it doesn't. What do I need to do? I went on termpro and they have the downloadable software for sale for my version of the termlab is this what i need to do or do i need to find an entirely new term lab?

yep, get the software update for 2010 and it'll work. I had to update my termlab to work on my PC with windows 7. plus they have a sale on the rta and event promoter pro add ons when u buy the update

ok i sent the payment now how to do i download it?

got the email with the activation code and have installed everything but when i start up the termlab something pops up and says no termlab hardware is found? what could be the problem because i have everything hooked up correctly
