Tell me what you think? Help with set-up

Here is what I came up with tell me what you think:

I purchased a new JL 300/2 to run the front stage - CDT HD-6 / ES-01 kit 150 x 2 RMS (had only a 300/4 running front and rear @ 75x4)

Exsisitng JL 300/4 channel A to run the rears components set 75 x 2, Exsisitng JL 300/4 channel B to run the up-stage 75 x 2 form the Alpine PXA-H701 center output.

Exsisiting JL 500/1 to run the subs 2-ED 11kv2's.

So I would need a basic upstage module and a second set of ES-01's to run center frequencies, or would I go active on the center stage from the PXA as not to use an CDT-upstage module? If I went active would the ES-01's play ccenter frequencies? Or am I better off using the basic CDT-upstage module, run the center output from the H701 to the amp and then to the module and then to the centerstage speakers? Does the H701 always have center output and not just in dolby mode?

So:

H701 output front R/L -to- 300/2 - to- passive x-overs -to- HD-6 component set

H701 output Rear R/L -to- 300/4 cahnnel A -to- Passive x-overs -to- memphis componet set 75x2

H701 output center -to- 300/4 Channel B -to- Passive up-stage module -to- ES-o1 set 2 centers 75x2

H701 output Sub - to- 500/1 -to- ED's 500x1
