I think it'd be ironic if the buyer scammers from random crazy countries won the bid/entered a transaction for a scam auction/item and actually made it a pain in the *** for both sides......

More importantly, 2 weeks from now will be a year since i got scammed for 550 from ALTexplosion, a military personal ON BASE at the time. Police wouldnt touch it, military wont touch it unless police/something offical is already done about it......and now here i am a year later still in the process of hunting this **** down.

some (including my brother) would say just move on and have it a lessoned learned.....NO, **** that, im sticking this piece of shit with the bill and i dont care if it takes another 550 to get me there. it took like 10 months just to track down a ligit address and send a demand letter from my legal council (ucf student legal services ftw) and he still hasnt paid. Im about to take him to small claims court in which he'll have to come to FL to defend himself (not likely) for a ruling. Things will go well for me since i have an overwheling amount of evidence showing he got my money order ON BASE and cashed it ON BASE into his bank account, which is also likely ON BASE.

With small claims court they cant enforce him to pay me back, however, it's official enough that the military better ****ing help me. the base has been very little help and of that help granted there was (literally) hours of phone calls and goose chasing to get anything done. in fact the only thing they did was return a demand letter from us to be forwarded to him, and they mailed it back wiht his current address. Even though it's gotten me as far as i am, it certainly wasnt a direct act of anyone who gives a daym.

military better do something appropriate and to the standards of strict shafting to personal who break the law. IF they dont do anything, i might as well notify the media and any other form of goernment who would care that the military isnt doing shit about thier delinquints. i wouldnt like it to come to that....but im in this balls to the wall, i will get this worthless piece of shit.

thats essentially what small claims court is lol....if i dont get my money back, i at least hope to **** up his life beyond repair. but i wouldnt mind my money back either

he's no longer inthe military btw, he ETS'd (where you leave) and then moved away........
