teach me about port tuning.

aight, im picking up an 06 l7 for my nexxt system. it should be a nice upgrade from my old PA fubr's. the box im building is going to be 3.25 cuft, but, the only thing im not 100% sure of is the port size, i know kicker calls for around .7 cu^ft but i want to know whats gonna be the best for 35hz, since thats where ive heard the l7's sing.
