I hope all gets worked out. I remember when I talked to him when I first joined and he wanted to charge me 300 bucks for a partical board box for 2 12' Type R's. I just laughed and said no thanks and went about my bussiness. Sorry about your guys luck. Hope it all gets resolved quickly now.

Reasonable request, I will look through saved PM's and emails, but I can vouch for 5, possibly 6 people (including myself) who ordered boxes at roughly the same time (March and April).

Delvryboy: I don't know if you are going to try and start trying to "tame" the situation and excuse/justify what he has done, but please don't. That is how the shit-fests get started, and this thread was meant to help those who he has screwed over. If this was not you intent, then I apologize.

Im sure Chis isnt trying to tame the situation, lets face it you all have the right to do it. I also am curious as to how far this has gone. We as a team are also dicusing this matter aswell and want it all resolved no matter what it takes. Best of luck to all of you!

i know mark, and i consider him a friend. i know for a fact that he never set out to scam anybody. he got overwhelmed and probably doesn't know where to turn right now. i don't blame him, he's a kid(by my standards), and bit off WAY more than he ever bargined for.

i ask for this list because i may be in a position to help. i would be willing to build a few of the boxes, however, i cannot offer any cash refunds.

please, if you could get a list together, it would be greatly appreciated.

theres no reason for him to get overwhelmed though. if you get behind by id say 5 orders.....you STOP TAKING ORDERS. period, done, finito, ended. In my opinion......my feelings of this guy since day ONE have been correct..and thats shady as hell.
