Have you guys contacted the FBI's internet crime division about it?

The police will say it has to be resolved in small claims court.

Reasonable request, I will look through saved PM's and emails, but I can vouch for 5, possibly 6 people (including myself) who ordered boxes at roughly the same time (March and April).

Delvryboy: I don't know if you are going to try and start trying to "tame" the situation and excuse/justify what he has done, but please don't. That is how the shit-fests get started, and this thread was meant to help those who he has screwed over. If this was not you intent, then I apologize.

I'm still waiting. I called the prosecutor's office while I was in Chicago and never heard back from them, and it's like a 4 hour wait in the office so I didn't bother going down there. I did however talk to Mark while I was up there and he knew who I was and what my box was which was encouraging. I agreed for him to still make me the box since I still want it lol. But, it's just past the date he said I would definately have it by. I'll probably file a complaint if it's not here in a couple days.

Well atleast he remembered your box. He had no idea what I ordered or when I ordered it. That is why I am gong to try to collect the cash however I can.

that is horrible cs if he doesn't even remember who ordered what. i wouldn't wait more than 2 months TOPS for a box. a month is reasonable. i'd definately try to start getting my money back one way or another and don't even assume you're getting a box anymore. find someone local to do it for hella cheaper anyways and it'll be alot better.
