To be clear, it did have a charge. Just not full strength. I don't have my measuring software anymore so I couldn't have known that without proper testing. In free air sine sweep testing it performed wonderfully, it just had an abnormally high Qes as a result of the weak magnetic charge. That's not something you can observe with the ***** eye. This issue was addressed and we've worked out a solution that pleases both of us.

6Ksq ft, 10BDRM 6 BTH and 1300sq ft indoor woodshop underneath. Sits on 4.07 acres, 2 of which are wooded but trailed for 4 Wheelers/Dirt Bikes. The decks sold me, lol.

covered patio on 2 sides and open wood 76ft long and 10ft expanding to 14ft wide with concrete slab for hot-tub (soon to be added hopefuly, lol.) if not a nice BBQ setup.
