TC Sounds or RE???

This is what is going on as of now. I was looking at Toxik Audio for SPL subs but they haven't contacted me in the last couple of weeks so apparently they don't wanna sell their woofers. So my next choices are TC Sounds or RE. I have heard great things about both. For RE id probably choose the SX and the TC Sounds im still unsure of the TC9 series or the TC9PA. What would be the better choice for SPL??? Im looking for high excursion, high Bl and high wattage. Honestly for SPL, the 3HP standard product would make more sense than the TC9 standard product...

The protos are 4HP, but the ones that will be realed will be 3HP.
