It's a low Q low FS driver, so yeah a small box like that should be fine.

.42 cubes for a QTC of .7046 w/f3 @55.4 looks better to me.

I agree closer to .5 would be optimal, but .25 is workable, still better than most woofers would do in that alignment anyways.

It's Parts Express. You can talk to their tech support department. Subwoofers that work in such a small enclosure aren't common, but it's possible.
