ya....the box went from ugly to uglier lol

so the box as i said was leaky and such around the mount, so i went ahead and sealed off the old mount and made a much better mount with it firing up. this iwll be a good experiement of a direct swap from back fire to up fire. granted a differant box will react differant with these 2 differant fireing positions so this experiment wont speak for other enclosures.......but the box was about ready to be throw out so i decided to put it to good use one last time.

now guys be nice, consider this box was already on it's last thread of life, i just gave it a lil more life juice to see how itd sound. if things go well ill have a new box before the meet.

havent tested it yet. mp3 play smoked crack on me and i have no source unit. cd player is a clarion dx425 (old as balls, 2 preouts). and with the new box setup, it sounds the same, cant tell a differance (still louuuuud as balls), but it looks alot sexier in the car. opening the hatch is another story, but inside the car it looks bad *** seeing it fire up like that. videos ina few minutes

lol you guys crack me up

videos uploading on photobucket as we speak (kind of)

now the only song ive tested it on that was a non-mp3 cd and not scratched to hell was onyl a few songs off an old disk, and that song was pimp juice. im gonan upload a bunch of mp3s from disk to parents harddrive then burn a few regular cd's with some songs. overall i dont think there's a differance to the ear at all. it wanged like all teh other songs wanged with it fireing back

the roof seems to flexmore in some of the other vids but thats just because of the differant (lower) frequency of the other songs i played (hater blockers and woofer cooker bass test ((31Hz sine wave iirc)). its all the same baby //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif wangs just as hard as before
