Sound quality is my top priority but sometimes I just want to belt out sine waves all day and beat down the block. This what I bought to fill that bill.

It has a 3" diameter D2 aluminum flatwind with a wind height of 3" which means it's a suspension limited design. If I recall correctly PAP has given this a rating of 2k RMS but I'm betting that's conservative. Single 9.25" stiff spider.

This also has a removable top assembly so if you have any need to transfer the motor or top, this can be done. It has a four bolt pattern and uses allen heads.

This is new and has never been mounted yet. I've had about 425 watts through each coil in free-air to get an idea of it's potential and there's no doubt it's a monster. Probably 1 hour total time on the driver for testing. 10/10 mechanical and cosmetic.

I see no similarities, I mean its an 18" yes, it has a 6 spoke, pretty much where the common aspects end.

For your consideration, I bought the motor new, paid shipping on 45lbs from Cali, used the motor for other top assemblies I have, then paid shipping on it again to get it back to the west coast so that the professionals at PAP could use it as a reference for proper fitment and exact coil alignment while they proceeded to masterfully custom work this top assembly to be removable at my request. I then paid shipping a third time from the west coast to finally get this monster in my hands.

I realize that me trying to recover shipping costs is not your responsibility but I am also aware of what the market will bear for this level of performance along with the dollar amount that I have invested in it.

I have had some generous offers and not a single lowball, by which I'm well impressed. In light of my potentially scandalous comparison to the established Omega 18 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif(I should have consulted you first Alex) and respected input from other members, I am lowering my asking price to $400 plus shipping. This officially puts me at a point where I am losing money by selling it.

welcome to my world this is what i ran into 3hp motor - $130 have the motor drilled to accept 6spoke basket $25... TRF basket 40 bucks custom recone $150 i had roughly 350 bucks in my custom 3hp 15 and sold it for 250 lol
