Tc-3000 vs. Uberwoofer

i heard that these two are essentially the same subs. is this true. or which one is more effiecient and gets louder either in sealed or ported.

They are very similar..same motor, voice coil (I believe), etc. One difference for sure is the surround. Tc-3000 has the raised surround where the Uber's is beefier. Other than that, I'm not sure

a friend of mine has the 3000 sounds real musical and still loud in a bigger sealed box.
