Is there a way to take them off? I want to redo my box but not have to buy these ports again.

The front part I can take out for sure. The part that I cannot take out is the flares inside the box.If you can't dissolve the glue, try cutting them out with a jig-saw. Then you can chissel, sand, or grind the MDF away.

UM my PP weren't as wide in the back flare as in the front flare. I was able to cut a hole big enough for it to fit through and still have plenty of material to screw the front flare/trim into. So mine was able to come in and out, until I was was dead set on it and kitty haired and bondoed over the lipt when flushing it in my FG box.The front part I can take out for sure.
