Dude, no. You gotta get a better hotel. Theres a real nice one on the American side, perfect for a couple. Its down the street from the Rainbow bridge and in walking distance, you could walk from there to canada in 15 minutes.

ohh well shit...**** me...already paid, and its non refundable...shit

wish I asked sooner, we shouldn't be at the hotel too often anywhoo

gf didn't really care where we stay, she'd rather just leave more money for food and shopping...always next time to go all out i guess...not workin and a full time student, so atleast im putting some effort in

Not if you know the right places to go...Ill pm you some nearby places to hit up that are good but easy on the wallet.

Yea I deffinately suggest the Canadian side. I think you get a better view and theres way more to do. Make sure you bring picture id and birth certifcates to cross the border.

Well just got a hotel for 3 days, and the gf wanted to go sometime. ffirst off, its cold as hell here in winter. If your on the US side, a 10 min walk will take you through some really crappy neighborhoods, 50-50 chance of getting mugged, even in winter. 85% of the US side gets shut down, don't know if they are doing the festival of lights this year, but that is a waste of time anyways. I have sstayed at the motel 8, travel lodge, and the Days Inn on the canadian side, the days inn was the nicest. Try tto get the marriot of something on that level if you want something romantic at all. The "KEG" steakhouse in the Marriot is really nice, also can hit up the indoor waterpark behind the fallsview casino. I hear thaat the Falls view casnio hotel rooms are nice.

yup, we know its gonna be cold, gonna be stayin on the canadian side. I hear they are have the light show and fireworks. As long as the gf is happy thats cool
