Takin the gf to Niagara Falls for 3 days!

Well just got a hotel for 3 days, and the gf wanted to go sometime. So we'll be goin Dec 28-31st...should be fun.

Its kinda to late in the season to do any attractions. All mostly closed. The US side is shit, I reccomend hitting up the Canadian side. So bring multiple forms of identity to cross the border.

ya theres allot of good stuff to do. we went this summer. should look pretty sweet frozen. they had pictures in our hotel of how it looks in all the months and the winter months looks sick.

yeah we will be on the canadian side, by horseshoe falls. GF wanted to see the falls when they are lit up....they look sweet in winter, might go back durin summer sometime if cool

Def. hit up goat island if its open. It most likely will be closed due to ice tho. No real good shops in that area that I know of. What kind of money you lookin to spend? Can recommend alot of good restraunts.

We were going to go but it was a long *** drive from Boston like 9 hrs.

****, I was plannin on paying 3-400 for a room...but got a good deal at a super 8 for $134 a night...its clean I hear and the rooms are big, and only like a 10 min walk to the falls...shoppin and food is all around....Might go back sometime and get a fallsview room

canadian side has alot more attractions compared to the american side. Not much to do on the american side. Been there plenty of times and the lighting of the falls is really cool. I suggest going during 4th of july when they shoot fireworks over the falls.

Dude, no. You gotta get a better hotel. Theres a real nice one on the American side, perfect for a couple. Its down the street from the Rainbow bridge and in walking distance, you could walk from there to canada in 15 minutes.

well I got the room for dirt cheap so I can spend more on dining and shoppin and shit....I'm up for trying an food, but I think the gf is always happy with burger and fries:laugh:

would be tight to do to a nice dig tho...I hear food is expensive there

Not if you know the right places to go...Ill pm you some nearby places to hit up that are good but easy on the wallet.

the super 8 is a pretty good place.

of course it'll be expensive, its a tourist attraction.
