take your pick.....RE HC or RL-P

Either one would be a pair of 12"s, powered by an Orion 2500. The RL-Ps would be wired at 4 ohms, the HC's at .5

Which would you go with, and why?

I had an HC before, it was a beast on the low end, and currently have the rl-p's, but only heard them off proper power for about 20 minutes.

Im thinking the HC's will give me the low end output Im looking for....other thoughts?

you're getting the hc's for 250? at least that's what it sounds like, never heard the rl's but for 250 that is a downright steal on a great pair of woofers, esp since you have all the power they'll want, they can be power hungry bastards....but with that amp they should sound great

keep the RL-ps, put them in a good size ported and put some power to them

HC's for the win, which model are they? **** dustcap or newer ones? I had a ****, and i loved it! was loud in a 3.2 net @ 32 hz. dont remember the port area.. it was a 2" high, 28" deep and 30" across iirc.
