Tail like dilemma

Tail Light sorry dunno how to edit the title.

So I go to this truck store to look for tail lights for my Chevy Suburban the guy said they started at like $250 which was kinda pricey to me. I asked him why they were so much cheaper on Ebay he said because of warranty reasons and how you have to send them back all the way if they don't work and because shipping is expensive on them etc.

Same one they had in the truck shop I went into, costed $250 I think but this will cost me like 20 bucks 50 in shipping doesn't seem to bad, is it really unsafe to buy this kind of stuff off ebay or was he trying to make a sale for an overpriced item? Do you guys recommend buying this or a similar one?

he was trying to sell you.. hell if you really want to be safe look for a parts # on the lights and compare..

Well what do you recommend doing, is the link one okay? LED vs Normal is something the guy also brought up saying LED was A LOT more. I still can shop around nothing is set in stone, so I may find one I like better than that one, what is the most I should pay for a Tail Light With Shipping and Actual Price.

Questions before I buy anything, if I'm buying a chevy suburban tail light I should have no problem putting it on a GMC subruban? Do I need to add extra wiring when adding high quality tail lights? And where is the taillight ground on the suburbans?

It's the chrome I like really, not a fan of the smoked. Maybe seems a little too cheap?

Will I need any extra wiring to put these in? Or should they be able to run off the stock wiring?

^ or those, or keep stock one and nightshade them. i thought the clear and chrome was ugly ten years ago and they sre still ugly, imo anyways. But get whatever you want because its your truck and you cant make everybody happy.
