Tacoma Box

Hey guys. I have an 02 Ext Cab Tacoma. The backseats are small as far as depth goes, so I wanted to take advantage of the space i've been given so I was wondering if this shape of a box would work if built properly.

The red is the box, to those who might get confused. I want it to flat on the 6inch tall seat and on the floor as well.

Do you have an idea of the airspace you will end up with? Too much or too little can damage the sub over time.

Do you have enough depth to mount the sub and not hit the seat?

If both of those are fine, then build it.
