For those of you that use a table saw to build boxes, what blades have you used and which do you think works the best? I have built two boxes, but the blade that is on the saw now just isn't working well on the MDF.

I typically use a RIGID 90T titanium carbide finishing blade. Very smooth edges with no sanding or jointing needed.

For those of you that use a table saw to build boxes, what blades have you used and which do you think works the best? I have built two boxes, but the blade that is on the saw now just isn't working well on the MDF.

For me, I use either a Freud 50 or 60 carbide tooth ATB Blade and that's all I use to cut MDF, provides nice clean/smooth cuts.

I have 80 triple chip tooth blades, but for the cost of such blades isn't worth the expense for a smoother cut and the pitch resins from the mdf tend to dull the blade faster.
