1. Product: T3 audio TSNS

this is a very good woofer not an all out spl monster i built them to play music and they do it with authority

they sound great at low power and blend at 80 hz with my mids like its one speaker

however if you wanted this could break **** like your roof or windshield with enough power they are scarrrrrry

2. Specs: 12" TI basket

silver top trf motors

dual 1.6 ohm dcr coils with a 2.7" ww so they will move really far

2 linear "pink" spiders per woofer with a spacer inbetween ( plenty of spider for up to about 6k a woofer this isnt a stiff black 8")

dual leads per coil

long direct leads

cf dust cap

cf impregnated paper cones

stitched surrounds

tall roll surround

rubber gasket on basket

3. Description/Condition:

used in my daily driver for about 4 months on 1800watts per coil

the one dust cap has a small bit of ca glue showing on the cone i was very sparing when gluing them down and this one loosened up after a month or so

only selling due to not needing such a BEASTLY woofer in a daily driven vechicle they weigh around 70 lbs each and its not necessary as ill never compete or add more power to my truck

these 2 12s are easily capable of pulling a hair trick from very little power in a small box

i have ts parameters from my woofer tester PRO

Re = 1.1185 ohms

Fs = 35.6791 Hz

Zmax = 15.6072 ohms

Qes = 0.3932

Qms = 5.0938

Qts = 0.3651

Le = 0.4872 mH (at 1 kHz)

Diam = 304.8000 mm ( 12.0000 in )

Sd =72965.8753 mm^2(113.0973 in^2)

Vas = 59.9350 L ( 2.1166 ft^3)

BL = 12.6534 N/A

Mms = 251.0940 g

Cms = 79.2458 uM/N

Kms =12618.9629 N/M

Rms = 11.0506 R mechanical

Efficiency = 0.6504 %

Sensitivity= 90.1501 dB @1W/1m

Sensitivity= 98.6946 dB @2.83Vrms/1m

and ill test them again to get broken in specs if you want them

currently they are in a 5 cube box with 2 6" aeros and it slams

i can and will if you want design a box to fit your tastes and spece requirements for free if you buy the woofers

the coils are perfect and they will be a hell of a low end monster

4. Price: :

1100 shipped anywhere in the us for the pair

not willing to split them up just yet unless i got a buyer for both maybe down the road i will

im an absolute nut about stuff and they are in great shape i did however put a small slit in one surround but its been repaired on the back of the surround and is not visible from the front ( its hard to mound a 70 lb woofer vertically by yourself)

i will package them in a wooden crate and insure them for 500 each and ship by UPS

they will come to you safely i can assure you

Yeah haha Loctite is a lot cheaper anyways

christ man!!! awesome looking

serious question how and where did u go to learn to build woofers...i have been looking for good tech schools so i can really get my hands into the audio feild and learn and do all the stuff people on here do im so jealous!!

oh and i have 3000 watt audiopipe amps, rockford t2000, 12 inch rockford HX2 power series subs (blown)

lol there are no schools to learn this stuff .......in the lanes at shows and maybe, in a shop, if they know anything most dont i have been at this for a long time my first recones looked like ***

yes i know there are schools the teach this stuff...you have to get certifed in a lot of things even to order parts i know people that do this but not car audio (this might not be the ONLY way) just saying i know there are actual places to get training in this field.

but i dont have ties to a shop like that and truthfully michigan is the moron state no one knows anything about anything thus you get a bunch of morons to learn from....

all local shops are just downright pathetic.

Care to share what you've found?

there are a few tech schools...the most popular that always pops up is in New jersey actually called Installerinstitue or something and they teach custom fabrication and speaker work and such

i in my searches came accross other stuff as well but this was the most note worthy i guess

oh installer schools i thought you found something else along the line of loudspeaker design as far as i know there is no such schooling anywhere in the world most speaker engineering is a branch of another kind of engineering and acoustics mixed up maybe something else, or its just a guy that really likes speakers who designs it himself

so sad but they shipped out today //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif
