hell, go to ZAPCO's site and read their "buyer beware" bulletin. they pretty much say the same thing. they will not fix or replace any equipment if it wasn't bought from an authorized dealer. i don't know about throwing it in the trash, but they will hold the stuff you sent for a while so they can try to figure out who sold the amp. this isn't new. get off JOHN's back!!!!
