T3 audio V good business practices?

Also, T3 Audio hasn't had a good subwoofer since they got a cease and desist letter from TC Sounds for using their subwoofer basket without permission. Now all that's left is chinese T3, or better know as T3C. As for his immature attitude, he has already been laughed off the USACi forum.

Not even relating to this, his comment I posted on the first page is enough to make me question him.

As if it's any of his business why someone is selling their equipment at the price they've posted.

There was some reported stolen equipment being sold.... and I tried to address it.

yes im a friend of a friend... but that doesnt mean i should support u on somthing i dont think is right.. u were directly informing people of scams on the forum saying that people were sellin t3 at very low prices and was to good to be true... well i was one of those people... and im far from a scammer so i kinda took that personal.. be sure to do some research on people before u call the scammers

I dont think you are a bad guy at all. I think you should have taken a little more time and conveyed exactly what you wanted to say in a post that was relevant and informative instead of flying off the handle.

People here for the most part buy used since we go through so much equipment. From your post it was sounding like you dont condone used sales.

While I understand you having a problem with selling competitor items below cost and stolen items you did not come out and say that in your first post like you should have. If you would like to go back and make a new post that is well written, informative and gets your point across I think it will help.

And having guys like the one in this thread get your back doesnt help matters at all.

I would be happy that someone is actually willing to pay for my product, used and without a warranty. It tells me someone values my product. Demuth was childish and even more childish in trying to blame forum members for editing his post.

T3 has been giving a lot of gear to sq and spl competitors and these idiots are saleing them on the net. one sq competitor in particular is scott buwalda and his installers. scott doesn't live far from the T3 shop. we all know when times get ruff competetors sale their stuff that they got for free. what's sad is they will lie about warranties and how much play time the gear went through...

Let me clear what i know up. about the post that started most of this mess.

1. I was selling some T3 audio 12" subs. They were for sale for a guy that wanted to buy two solo X 18 from me.

2. Apparantly these subs were reported stolen in the past by the original purchaser of them.

3. Once JD informed me that these speakers may be the ones that wee reported stolen i edited my for sale posts.

4. The owner of the speakers has been informed and told that the deal for my solo x 18s is OFF.

So my apologies to anyone i may have hurt with my original sale post.
