T-nuts ****, drywall screws strong enough?

i used t nuts on my box in my jeep and the danm things wouldnt grab and so i torn them out and nailed in blocks behind the holes and used drywall screws. now that i am thinking about it i could have left them in place and drilled a hole in the block and sandwhiched the tnut in there.

yep, drywall screws will be just fine.

edit: i dont know how i missed the downfiring part, it should hold....for a good while at least. Try not to take the sub out again.

bass travels. and since my seat sits so far back, im practically hovering over my sub. so instead of it firing in my ear and sounding shitty, id rather have it bounce around a lil b4 it gets to my ears. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
