i would like some advice on how to build a t line box. will a box for these 2 subs work in 9.9 cubic feet of space. i know the port needs to be 9.25 feet long and a constant 346 sq inch. i have a max of 14.5 cubic feet to work with but would like to only use 10 cubic feet or less. thanks for the assistance.

as far as I know, (simple) Tline's are only one big port

port area would be woofer sd

port lenght would be a quarter wave lenght of the tuning freq.

Your port area is way to large. On a T-line you want the port area to be the same as the Sd of both subs combined. As long as you are not using a L5 or L7 you will only need 140-160 square inches of port.

The correct answer is yes, you want both left and right so you get low end information from both channels. It is very common for recording...

The preamp input on most amps is 10-20k ohms, so you don't really lose voltage. I've run plenty of systems off 2v preamps with no problems.
