I've been hearin great stuff about the sx... I want them in the trunk of a buick. I got room not tons of room. so what u guys think 2 12's 1 15 or 2 15's????????? Thanks

2 SX 15's will take up atleast 7cuft in your trunk... im getting 2 12's since 2 15's was gonna take up alot and ima going to port them to 4.5cuft tuned at 35hz... with an orion 2500d. plenty of bass for a daily.

Thanks for the help I can't fit the 2 15's and I wanna be the big dawg so the number 1 won't cut it for me. So I wann go with 2 12's but here is another question... that means 2000watts rms and I am lookin hard at alphasoink... will I need all new electric work or will a big cap do the trick?

Stay away from caps. If you need an electrical upgrade purchase a High Output Alternator.

And many will say to stay away from alphasonik due to the audiobahn crap, But I have heard no bad things about them. Come to think of it not many good things either...

Caps wont do shit, get a high output alternator for your car and a new battery(deep cycle) if you plan on playing your system while your car is off... dont go with alphasonik, u wont get the rated rms... audiobahn are the makers of alphasonik so that says it all. go with an orion 2500D from HCCAfan for $550 shipped, thats 2500rrms

I can't go with a mono cuz their dual 2ohm subs I need a amp that is 2x1000@1ohm. any suggestions?

The 2500d is 1700 (+) at 2 ohms and can be ran at .5 ohms daily.
