SX or.....HDC3?

I think I finally found the amp i'm going to go with, the Audioque 1200D. I've heard real good things about it. I was planning on getting a RE SX 15" but after looking on the AQ site, I saw the HDC3 and it looks too good to resist. I know people throw like 2000 watts on it. I'm not going higher than the 1200D for sure. I know both of them get loud, at least real loud for me.

I did search but all I found was SX is better with SQ and HDC3 is more SPL, but which one would be better for SQL with that kind of power and sound better doing it too?

I'm aiming for something musical, I listen to 50-50 rock and rap music.

they are both IMO more SPL based drivers lol ut i think the hdc3 has the potential to get louder

HDC3, but I sould go with a bigger amp for it. a 2200D to be exact.

its just goin to sound a lot louder. i mean if thats what you want to go for. then go for the hdc3. but for really swell sql. Sx.

On tht power id go with the SX... Although a couple years ago i did switch from an SX15 to an AQ HD3 15 and it was significantly louder.

i love my sx subs. hdc3s are still good subs from what i hear. but ill tell you what, i heard some DC level 4 18"s... amazing. it was set up to get loud and we to loud for me so im not sure how i would rate SQ on them. definatly get loud and didnt sound bad at all. they just hurt me lol. worth looking into. otherwise, go for that SX. youll love it. im giving mine 1200-1400wrms. i hear they can take 2k as well if you know what your doing.

I know it is. I was just wondering if it would sound better than the SX on that power, more in the SQ way. I know it will blow it out of the water SPL wise.
