See the thing is...

there is 2 things that will happen turning up my gain...

Blow the inline fuse....

OR

mess up my car...

Cause I was driving around bumping REALLY loud... and all of a sudden all the lights in my car like turn on and off then my "Airbag" light went on and off and on and off...

I think my car was turning off things to make up for the loss of the power.... correct me if im wrong?
