I just sold my car and i have a 99 250 with a super cab i need some subs with great sq and that are thin so that i can fit them under the seat in a custom box!

go listen to all the subs yoiu can and decide for yourself what sounds good to me may not sound good to you

oh i forgot blaupunkt is making a new overdirve "pancake" woofer that is also very flat.

yeah i think they call it a saucer, if you get the riht box size souldnt matter,ive got a 97 chevy extended cab fits no prob

He said he wants it under the seat...your average sized sub is not gonna fit there...which is why he needs a flat one.

yeah that would be why i suggested the 2 subs i suggested b/c those are the only 2 subs i know of that are flat.

Cadence makes a flat sub I think they call it the hammer. Possibly bigbassman has heard these. I know he deals with cadence, well the amps at least.

There not really going to be under the seats i am goign to have it half under the seat and were your feet go!

kenwood has a flat sub made for trucks. i saw it at audioking. it loooks weak.

Planet Audio also makes some subwoofers with a less than 4" mounting depth on a 12".
