I noticed a little noise in my tweets when I set the sensitivity switch to "high", any issues there??

You mean like a hiss? I get a little of that but don't worry much about it. The installer thought it was the Pioneer head unit.

Having no birth sheet I have no idea how accurate the 250x4 @ 4 Ohm rating is but we suspect it is off some. We have the gains turned up pretty good which according to the installer didn't seem right for that amp. I don't really understand it and what it did to my system

You have to remember, CDT Audio HP the tweeter at a pretty high freq (around 5khz or so with a steep slope).
