Also, some people just hate the show because they were not fortunate enough to have a very wealthy childhood. You should not expect a parent to not pass their good fortune down to their children, nor for that child to have sympathy for those without. That child IS only 16 and everyone that is around them has money to their disposal as well.

I say some of it is fake, I think that a lot of the stuff they do and say are "rehearsed" to make them look good in front of the camera and the people watching the show.

Nope, this kid from my school is really a ***** like this. (he had an MTV Sweet Sixteen)

He doesn't have his license and drives his black on black sl55 amg to school everyday. He also bought a teachers parking spot so he doesn't have to walk at all. One day someone parked in his spot and he crashed his sl55 into it because '"it wasn't fair".
