SUV SUB boxes prefered set up? What works best for u?

I have seen lots of box designs out there now a days and have always heard that in an SUV you ALWAYS want the subs up port back?

I have seen some designs where the subs are up and port up, Subs to fire to side of SUV and Port back, Subs back port back, etc etc...

I have seen a few of these designs here latley that I thought may have worked better for some people but just did not know anyone that had a set up that was different with Subs up port back in an SUV.

If you have an SUV how is your box set up and what kind of numbers are you able to do with it? (if you have)

I assume it is going to just depend on vehicle and box size, subs used, etc..

However I just kind of wanted to see what may be working for others that is not the standard answer subs up port back.

Subs back port back seems like it would work pretty well in most cases to me too.

What kind of numbers you doing?

i tried port up- sub up before but i don't like how it sounds

so now my set up is port back - sub back

I have heard of a different set ups but what kind of TL numbers you seeing with the set ups if possible?

my old set was

6 type r 12's in a blazer

doing mid 150's on music

edit- sub back port back btw

x2...sounded wrong in my tb too

i got sub up, port back and did 147.5 sealed off music with mic on windshield
