Surely this isn't a rare problem.

Get one of these

tighten the mirror set screw
It doesn't have a screw, it uses a pressure catch, that works fine, but the ball joints that let you adjust the mirror aren't strong enough to hold it in place when the bass hits, it just points straight down, lol it's kinda annoying

Every time the bass hits the rear view mirror points to the floor. Anyone know a good fix?
remove subs.

remove driver seat and sit lower in car.

fiberglass mirror in place.

brace with mdf.

add more mirrior untill rear is visible,(like a fun house)

Turn it down
It does it even at low levels, lol Some ideas I had were rusting the joints or sanding them, or putting them into a vice and compressing them around the ball tighter.

IDK though, al those ideas seem to end in a destroyed rear view mirror.

keep a bottle of nitrogen in your car and set a nozzle to spay it continuously, thus freezing the metal parts and causing expansion. Problem solved.

If you can get that thing apart, add some tape or something to it.

Set it, super glue it, forget it.

Buy a new one. Mirror or car. whatever.

Install a back up cam with a 7" moniter in the dash. By pass it so its always "on"
