Superdrol NG...

I've done 2 superdrol runs, gained over 15 pounds in 3 weeks with both. Make sure to follow your runs with proper post cycle therapy as it is a real steroid. You will need tamoxifen citrate (nolvadex) or clomiphene (clomid). I used nolva for 5 weeks at 40mg ed first week, 30 ed weeks 2 and 3, 20mg week4 and 10 week 5. On my second run i took 30mg a day of m-drol (superdrol clone). It is very intense, you have to watch your blood pressure, but few things can put the weight on you that quick. I am using it next time to start my injectable cycle.

nice thanks for the info. Did you get any of the side effects?

so many people like to throw the "hardgainer" excuse around. but the large majority of people are capable of hitting at LEASt a natural 200 with proper diet and training. anything else is just taking the easy way out. food remains the most anabolic substance out there.

Same deal with me. Its like almost impossible for me to gain wieght
If you are trying to bulk up some without using any of those "dangerous" supplements that mess with your liver then here is a good suggestion I got from Dalucifer.

Myoplex 3 times daily 120-150g

Creatine post & pre workout

Muscle Nitrous - 10-20ml daily awaking or 45minutes prior to workout

http://www.vpxsports.com/newweb/products/prod_detail.asp?cat=Pre%20and%20Post%20Workout&id=9

No Shotgun - 1 scoop with 10oz of water 20min before workout

http://www.vpxsports.com/newweb/products/prod_detail.asp?cat=Pre%20and%20Post%20Workout&id=41

BCAA - branched chained amino acid

All that will give you the sufficient nutrients you need to help muscle growth. WARNING: YOU WILL BE POOPING A LOT

With the finadrol/superdrol the side effects are pretty mild but with any testosterone helping drug you better watch that blood pressure. You'll notice your veins sticking out bigger and wider. Also try to avoid alcohol cause you'll damage your liver even more.

Yeah, large majority. When I started I was same height, 6'1 but I weighed 139. I can't even imagine what I looked like back then compared to now. It's taken me about 5 years to get to 175 and if you ask me, I'm still skinny as shit. For some of us putting on weight is **** near impossible.

i wasnt pointing any fingers, but i think the amount of 150lb steroid users out there is a little ridiculous. i mean, i dont know you guys or anything about you, and of course there are people whose bodys wont allow them to carry much size, but i stand by what i said.

when i satarted i was barely 130; i was stuck at 150 for almost 2 years because i knew nothing about nutrition and i called myself a hardgainer. now, 3 years later i am at 220 because i learned that most times when i hit plateaus im simply just not eating enough. i know other guys that started in the same place as me and have just plugged away meal after meal, year after year until they were at 230-250 before using gear.

again, i dont know you guys, im not making any judgements about you. but i genuinely believe most 5"10-6' guys are capable of getting well over 200 if they would stop looking for a magic supplement or some revolutionary lifiting program, and just start buckle down and focus on nothing but getting stronger on the core lifts and eating shitloads of food. but ...... meh.

agreed, I've slowed down on the 8-12 reps and gone for lower reps for more weight and it's working pretty good for me. Like I said, I'm starting to put on more weight but it's tough. I try to pull in about 3k calories a day and atleast 200g of protein, but I guess I just need that extra kick in the ***. Everyone's body is different, but that's obvious

Thats exactly it. I gain the most strenght and size from the 8-12 rep range and you gain the most with lower reps, like you said everyone is different. Varying your workouts until you find what works best for you is the way to go.

I had help doing it (a trainer), but supplimenting was the only way that I have gained any considerable amount of weight in over 7 years. I put on 18 lbs in 3 weeks and have held onto 12 of those lbs over a year later. For those of us who have a extremely high metabolisms, it takes a F*CK TON of work (I had to eat 5,000 to 6,000 calories a day for 5 weeks). But, I am still eating a LOT more on a daily basis than what I was years ago. Eating is a chore, but you can gain a lot of weight by just eating and not using sterioids. My friend was 6'3" 130 lbs and ate 6,000 to 7,000 calories a day for about 6 months and is now 175 lbs. perf is right though - it takes severe dedication and eating yourself to death to gain weight, but it can be done without steroids.

the only thing that im having a hard time with (im 21 and in college) is ditching alcohol for the entire PH cycle....im doing an optional trimester for the month of january where i take one class at 1 in the afternoon, its either the perfect time to be partying, or the perfect time to stop drinking and do a serious PH cycle, i just cant decide which to do.

Yeah, there's always that. I forgot to mention that I didn't drink for 7 weeks.
