Haven't had a chance to use it yet. My mmats amp i have is too powerful.

Why wouldn't you just turn the gains down to the proper level for the power you need then?

Don't see how you could damage it if you turned the gains down to match the power of the amp to the RMS of the sub. Just cuz you have a 3500W amp doesn't mean you have to use all 3500W

It's a very well constructed neo dynium magnet with what looks to be very adequate soft parts i'd say it's worth the price tag.
